Why do we have MEETINGS IN THE LIGHT?

At some moment,

the Stillness around you

becomes so vast

that it overflows the mind.

A silent Presence fills the space.

And there is a shift—

a separation between

thoughts passing

and the pure sense of Being.

When this is seen clearly,

you know:

this Presence

is deeper than the “me”

you believed yourself to be.

A question rises—

not from the mind,

but from the core of Being:

Who am I?

Am I this person

I have carried for so long?

Or am I the unbounded field

of timeless Presence?

If the moment is ripe,

the mind stops—

perhaps only for a breath.

And in that still breath,

you are no longer

the person you thought you were.

You are the open field—

pure Awareness,

in which all things

come and go.

The separate self

is nowhere to be found.

And yet

You remain—

boundless,

clear,

radiant.

The light of this knowing

is undeniable.

No belief,

no past experience,

can cover it.

The body and mind

become a doorway

through which

Being knows Itself again.

It can happen

when you are hearing this.

The reality you thought you knew

changes.

A new dimension—

always here,

yet unseen—

reveals itself.

From here,

the veil of concepts,

beliefs,

and perceptions

falls away.

The truth

was never hidden—

only overlooked.

Many spiritual moments

may come before this—

waves of bliss,

visions of light,

oneness with what is seen.

They can be beautiful,

transforming.

Yet it is easy

to cling to the experience

and miss the One

who is aware of it.

When Awakening happens,

it is not an experience gained

but an identity lost.

The “me” dissolves.

What remains

is Awareness itself—

untouched,

unending.

Spiritual experiences pass.

Awakening does not.

And still—

this is only the beginning.

From here,

Consciousness unfolds

its own infinity—

subtler,

vaster,

more luminous.

Treasures appear:

gems of wisdom,

jewels of beauty,

oceans of love,

rivers of joy.

The treasure is endless.

In the spiritual world

there is much talk

of stages,

levels,

planes to ascend—

as though climbing

toward a distant peak.

This is the mind’s view—

the view of the traveller.

From Awareness itself

there are no levels,

no stairs to climb.

Only the wholeness

that has always been.

Awakening

is not the reward

for reaching a certain height.

It can open in an instant,

regardless of where you think you stand.

Pure Awareness

is beyond the pure and impure,

beyond the holy and unholy.

It is what allows

all experience to appear.

Before Awakening,

we can taste

its silence and its aliveness.

Meditation may reveal

its still depths

or its radiant currents.

But to know

what Consciousness is—

we must be it.

It is the difference

between touching the ocean

and becoming the ocean.

Higher States of Consciousness

are the widening views

that Awareness has of Itself

after Awakening—

its own Self-revelation,

its own infinite play.

They cannot be imagined.

The mind cannot grasp them.

They are the language

of the Unspoken.

The language of Silence.

Speaking of these states

is not meant

to give the mind

another concept to hold.

It is to open a window

to the whole of your existence.

They are the true way

reality is seen

when Consciousness

comes to rest

in its own fullness.

Simply hearing of them

with innocence

can be enough.

A word,

spoken from the stillness of Awakening,

may touch

what has been waiting

in the depths of your Being.

It is not the mind that receives.

It is not the intellect that understands.

It is your innermost Self—

recognising Itself

in the sound.

After Awakening,

there are shifts

that cannot be missed.

The view widens—

as though Consciousness

has stepped back

into a vaster space

from which it sees itself.

Once a shift is clear,

it does not fade.

It is as if

it had always been there.

Each state is whole,

complete in itself.

From within one,

it is hard to imagine

anything beyond.

Only when the next unfolds

does the truth

reveal itself again.

Within each state

perception can also refine—

becoming so clear

that the universal Intelligence

behind every moment

is felt directly.

This refined seeing

is the vision of

Consciousness

being conscious of itself.

The first awakening

is the turning point—

from being

a person who is aware

to being

Awareness itself.

The separate self dissolves.

The true, unbounded Self

remains.

It is peace without opposite.

It is freedom without end.

Within this state,

perception may refine—

revealing the subtle flows of Intelligence

that form

the body

and all appearances.

This is sometimes called

God Consciousness—

the seeing of creation

from the inside out.

Then—

a greater recognition.

Awareness sees

it is not only the witness,

but also

everything witnessed.

The subject and object

are one.

Being

is all that is seen.

All that is seen

is Being.

Beyond even this

is the mystery—

Nothing,

Everything,

before existence.

The source

from which creation

draws its power.

As refinement continues,

the pure Cause

of Consciousness itself

is unveiled.

She appears

as the radiant Mother,

as Pure Divinity,

as the Supreme.

The heart recognises Her.

And there is nothing

outside Her.

These states of Consciousness

are not inventions of the mind.

They are wider perspectives

of the one reality—

clearer ways of seeing

what has always been here.

In full enlightenment,

Being and non-Being,

the personal

and the universal—

all are lived

in the simplicity

of ordinary life.

As Consciousness opens

to broader perspectives

and finer perception,

the body and mind

find a deeper balance.

Even now,

as you rest in the Stillness

that surrounds you,

your body is adjusting.

The mind becomes clearer,

quieter,

more open.

The body—

more relaxed,

yet more alive.

The deeper the Presence,

the greater the change.

The body learns

to live in this Silence.

When the shift to pure Awareness comes,

the body must change

its way of functioning

to hold this clarity.

This can be gentle—

or intense.

With every opening of Consciousness,

the body adjusts.

It is natural.

It is part of integration.

What is called “normal”

in the unawakened state

is not normal at all.

To live as “only a person”

is to live

in a construct—

a mind-made cage.

To maintain this illusion

takes effort.

It strains the body,

pulls on the mind,

and drains life.

Because mind and body

are one system,

the body constantly

tries to match

the mind’s false image

of a separate self.

It struggles to heal

and to hold itself together

under the weight of this belief.

In this effort,

stress and imbalance

sink into the nervous system.

The body contracts,

yet also tries to heal,

to return to balance.

The mind mirrors this—

filled with waves of thought,

many repetitive,

many without purpose.

These thoughts

are often the echo

of the body’s attempt

to release stress.

When a deep tension

begins to dissolve,

a mood may rise in the mind.

And the mind,

not knowing the cause,

will attach it to a memory,

a situation,

a story.

These stress-born moods

colour how we see,

how we act,

how we speak.

Without knowing

what is truly happening,

these thoughts and moods

become normal in the world.

Most people live

so deeply caught in the mind

that they cannot see

the difference

between an ordinary thought

and a thought

born from the body’s healing.

When a thought or mood

arising from stress release

is acted upon,

the healing stops.

The mood deepens.

Look around.

Most words spoken,

most actions taken,

are driven by thoughts and moods

that come from

the release of stress—

misunderstood,

acted upon.

Misunderstanding becomes quarrel.

Quarrel becomes conflict.

Conflict becomes war.

It is the same movement,

whether between two people

or two nations—

the mind acting out

what the body is trying to let go.

This is suffering.

One way to ease this cycle

is the regular return

to effortless stillness—

meditation

that gives the body

deep rest

while the mind

remains awake.

In this rest,

deep stresses dissolve.

The body heals.

The mind clears.

When Awakening comes,

those restless thoughts and moods

fade.

Peace and stability

become natural.

Silent joy

becomes the ground

of every moment.

Meditation then

is not for finding the Self—

the Self is already known—

but for refining the body

so it may shine

with the ease

and sweetness

of that knowing.

It is possible—

hearing this—

to awaken now.

If it happens,

you will not doubt.

You will not need to ask.

It will be as natural

as seeing the sun

after the clouds part.

It only asks

innocence.

Openness.
